The apprentice chef from this TAFE NSW Western Sydney Institute had already provide a culinary educational scholarship that would allow the students to travel towards Southern portion of France in order to explore about cooking field. The 22 year old Matthew Hegarty from this Jamisontown of this Western Sydney would now be traveling towards this Toulouse this coming March 2010 and able to experience working on this busy European kitchen together with some of their most respected chefs from this region of Pyrenees for just a year. As of now, Hegarty currently completing it’s apprentice in the Catalina Restaurant in the Rose Bay and stated that he still loves to cook.
